I was lucky enough to stumble upon Seth Godin about a year ago. His message rings true with me about how we all lead a tribe in some way, shape or form.
He gave a talk about his recent book "Tribes" in New York and this is the video. Its a little long, but its well worth it and will explain how businesses are now learning to market themselves via social media. (If you look really close at the cover, my picture and my avatar I commonly use in emails are both on the inside jacket!) I've been part of Seth's Triiibes network since the pre-launch of the book and I've learned so much.
